We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issues you are experiencing with your RUCKUS setup.
Based on the information provided, it appears that you are you need assistance with setting up RUCKUS Access Point with orange LED.
Please note that the amber lights on the 2.4G and 5G radios indicate normal behavior and doesn’t need a reset.
When both 2.4G and 5G LEDs are amber, it means that the radios are active, but there are currently no devices or clients connected. Once a device connects to either the 2.4G or 5G network, the corresponding light will turn green.
