Thanks for the followup. I was not able to successfully reboot the system by trying several times. I may have to try over 15 times to see if that works. But can you send me the mac version of how to recover the software. Thanks.
HI, Rajendran,Thanks for the reply. I have tried unplug and plug the power cable, try to reboot but they system never completed the rebooting process. Only the power light is green, the system light is orange. What should I do next? Thanks. PQ
