Same thing happened again. When I try to go in the switch using terminal on my mac it says Permission denied

It worked for 2 days and it stopped. No lights on switch, when I unplug it and plug it back in I get an amber light on SYST and after a few minutes it shuts off, access points don't get power, switch doesn't even stay on. 

It says off - how do I turn them back on?
