When I search the 2 IP’s they just take me to the unleashed sign in. Which are the last two screen shots. Again this is not working.

I tried to do upload the photos from her Mac and it says I do not have permission to upload photos.

I am also unable to upload photos on to this forum from my phone. My wife’s mac won’t open the App Store. And that’s the only computer we use. I use my phone for everything.

I attempted to find the switch IP and could not do so, I am a little techy but this is way outside my level of expertise. I find it hard to believe this is a realistic expectation for normal consumers who bought a residential home that has this stuff...
