ICX 7150-C12 Switch shows as "disconnected"

Hello,My network is up and I have internet but when I look in the web GUI my switch shows as disconnected. Why is that? Since I have internet does it matter?

Hi,Thanks for the reply. I have SW: Version 08.0.90dT211 and the approval was enabled. Where do I enter the commands to enable the protocol?
