Hi all,
We recently installed a pair of Cisco NEXUS 3500 switches at the core of our LAN network. Prior to installing the Cisco devices, we had used VLAN 1 for a bunch of stuff... all ICX switches had an IP address assigned to them on VE1 (on VLAN1)...
I need to get 802.1x auth configured on all of our ICX 7150 switches, and am reading through the documentation trying to learn. I came across this in the Security Guide/Flexible Authentication section:

I am reading about "port MAC security" in the Fastiron Security Guide. We may choose to use this instead of full blown 802.1x auth on all ICX end-user access ports.

Ok cool - so it can be configured per port.
If it is configured globally initially, can more specific settings then be configured explicitly on a port?
I ask since I think a basic setting with "protect" and 3 or 4 secure mac addresses would work f...
Thanks - so this can be done at the venue and individual AP level only? I have 53 APs in one venue, but I only want to edit 43 of them... I will need to do this one by one? Just want to make sure that is the case before I start clicking...
Thanks,
Thanks for the feedback; It is not clear to me though - is Port MAC Security something that can be enabled only on specific interfaces? The documentation indicates that it is enabled globally on the switch:
Enter global configuration mode.device# ...
