User activity in ZD always repeated "state set to mesh learning ruckus" on same access point. (please see attached)
please explain me why that log repeated for same AP?

Hi,

This has nothing to do with user. You have AP setup with mesh enabled and AP looks for possible mesh nodes connecting to it. As you can see, there is message about e-mesh node connecting to it. If you have no need for mesh conection, set mesh to disabled for this AP.

Eizens is correct.
Disable mesh on the AP [you need to know why you might or might not need it for your situation first].

The AP is checking on possible mesh connections so that if the wired connection fails then it cleanly transitions.

To disable mesh per AP from ZD

configure...access points...edit the AP...scroll down to advanced options...
