Zone Director 1200 lights but not activity

Hi all, i have a zone director 1200 that i cannot connect to.  the light are on solid but not acticvity.  I have seen one other post similar and wondering if a new device is required?  It's quite an old device and not sure if it has a lifetime warranty on it?

As discussed the device had gone faulty (hardware issue) and we have initiated RMA for the same.
