ZD1100 upgrade problem: insufficient memory

My ZD1100 is running 9.8.0.0 build 373.
I have been trying to upgrade it to 9.8.2.0.15 and it always fails on "insufficient memory" error.
I followed KB article 1689 without success.

Then I would recommend opening a support case with Ruckus.
