ZD 1100 Refreshing all the time

Hello everybody,

I have a ZD 1100 that i have reset properly but when i want to configure it, it refreshes every 2 min. and even when i configured it in 2 min. than it wil refresh and i can start al over again. Can anyone help me?

Please confirm what firmware version ZD is running on.

Also, you may be hitting a browser related issue as ZD1100 is EOL and security enhancement on new browsers may cause issues.

Please try installing a old Firefox browser version which support TLS 1.0 and see if you continue facing the issue.

If you have support contracts, you may contact RUCKUS Support, but keep in my that ZD1100 is EOL.
