A ZD1200 needs to be factory reset as the admin credentials have been lost. My questions is will the AP's automatically reconnect once the ZD1200 is set up again?

Hi Nathan,
If you any recent backup with you, we can help retrieving password. If resetting is the only option, then, yes, AP's will rejoin the ZD as long as you keep the same ZD IP and uplink configuration.

Hi Ankush,
Unfortunately the previous support person has not left any data or back ups so will need to reset the device. Just wondering where the uplink configuration data can be found? I've got screenshots of the current configuration so should be able to find it.

From uplink configuration, I mean the port settings on the switch where ZD is connected. Another question, are AP's and ZD in same subnet and they share common native VLAN?
