Issue Connection 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz can not stable

I have got issue within this below

-2.4 dan 5 ghz enable some windows connect successful ( 802.1x authentication)
-2.4 Ghz only some windows successful connect ( 802.1x authentication)
-5 GHz Only windows can not connect ( 802.1x authentication)
-Windows connect 5ghz only using preshared key SSID, can connect successfully.
macOS with 802.1x authentication always disconnect while walking away from AP, roam not successful.

note:  we are using ZD1200 , firmware 10.5 build 190, 

kindly need help to solved this issue, thks so much before. any body can help ?

Hi Aprianto,

I think opening a support ticket will be much faster to check these issues and fix them.

There are several things involved in the above issues.

  • Client compatibility.
  • Radius server configuration.
  • RF health.
  • Client WLAN card and its driver.

If you are a advance user, try to take packet captures (OTA/WiFi sniffer captures) for each client type which is failing and analyze it for the failure.

Check Radius logs and radius captures to see if connection is failing during controller to radius communication.
