I want to upgrade ZD1200 version 10.3.1.0.45 to 10.4.1.0.272

I have a Ruckus AP R550 and it's not sync with controller ZD1200 version 10.3.1.0.45 

Please suggest best path to upgrade the same and steps for upgradation.

Hi @RuckusZD 

You can directly upgrade from 10.3.1 build 45 to latest 10.5.1.0.276 and it would also support R550 APs.

You can upgrade your ZD1200 directly to 10.4.1, assuming you have a support contract in effect.

Since Ruckus didn't remove support for any APs between 10.4.1 and 10.5.1, and once your support runs out they won't let you upgrade any further, I'd personally jump straight to the latest 10.5.1 release. You can upgrade directly from 10.3.1 to 10.5.1.
