How do I configure guest portal to include questions on Gender, Age, and e-mail address? Is it in the ZD or is this something includes in flex master? Once entered how and where do I collect and analyze this data?

You can ask your Ruckus account representative to submit a Feature Request, as we do not have this in ZoneDirector based WebAuth today. The cloud based
HotSpot service called SAMs, does gather this info and do analytics, and sounds
more like what you are lasking for. Your VAR or account representative can give
you more details.
