First thing to check if you have warranty.. Check your warranty here.
This will require the serial number of the item you want to check the warranty for. If you do then you can open up a case on their portal. have a live chat with any agent etc. here

Once it is on the system you should get contact from Ruckus and further advice what to do?
Few things you can do yourself. Ensure that you can or cannot reset it, by pressing reset and the fd button by pressing it for around 15 seconds.
