H500 cannot discover the smartzone 100

H500 and smartzone in same vlan. Manually Configure the Controller Address on the APโ€™s Web Interface already by the AP still cannot discover the smartzone? Wireshark was finding the AP  send a hello packet to smartzone . Is that a region issue or license issue?

H500 version: 104.0.0.0.1347
Smartzone version:  3.0.4.0.667

try it using "set scg ip 1.1.1.1"

i believe the sz100 needs to be running 3.4.2 or above (or 3.4.0 with the ap bundle patch) to recognize the H500. I ran into that issue myself before.

Since I upgraded the firmware to 3.2.1.0.193 that H500 success a registry to Smartzone. Thanks so much!
