Hello, I have a problem where I can't access my institution's website (https://unilavras.edu.br) through SSID UNILAVRAS. When I place a direct network cable in this VLAN, I get access. When I try to access the site, it keeps loading the page until it fails. When I open Captive Portal, the following address appears: https://unilavras.edu.br/admin10/login.jsp which in the case was supposed to be https://atvaa019.unilavras.edu.br/admin10/login.jsp, where ATVAA019 is the name of the ZD 1200.
Any idea?

Hi Juliano,
It seems an issue with the DNS entry or the certificate NOT installed correctly.
Could you go to ZD >> System >> Certificate >> Check what is the FQDN showing in the cert.
Also confirm if you are using a wildcard cert or normal device cert.
Ping below URLs from wired network vs wireless and compare the results.
unilavras.edu.br
atvaa019.unilavras.edu.br

Hello! ok, my certificate is a wildcard certificate. The FQDN in the certificate is correct, being unilavras.edu.br, * unilavras.edu.br and colegio.unilavras.edu.br The tests for the wireless and wired network have also been carried out, and both showed the same results. Can reinstalling the certificate solve the problem?

Hi Juliano,
Before you try re-installing the cert on ZD, could you confirm what SSID you were connected to, when accessing the company's web site https://unilavras.edu.br.
Confirm the WLAN type, encryption and authentication type.
Step by step procedure to import the wildcard cert can be found here.

Syamantak Omer
