Don, Your message and description of reproduction events matches an issue ZF-11690: sqlitedTac.socket crash, in our bug database.

Found on version 9.10,

Steps:


1.Set ZD to factory configuration


2.Changed ZD's vlan to vlan10


3.ZD restarted and did some basic configuration


4.sqlitedTac.socket crashed.----issue



I've added a comment that you hit this too.  If you could please open a Tech Support ticket,

reference this ZF-11690 issue, and we will see that you get a firmware update with a fix.

This issue seems to have gone away -for now- after we added an exclusion to the webfilter for ZoneDirector IP addresses

I have a feeling that if ZoneDirector cant 'call home' something crashes and causes this behavior.. Every device on this specific network goes through a Lightspeed web filter

I also upgraded to 9.9.1 from 9.9.0 so I am not excatly sure what fixed it
