Hi Jenny,

Please confirm the ZD firmware version, number of APs you have, how many APs are rebooting and how frequently.

Make sure your ZD is on the recommended version, as per its supported AP models.

To troubleshoot the issue, check the event log and find what is the reboot reason. Also try to download support info and look for "last reboot reason".

You may need to open a support case for further troubleshooting, if you are sure power, cabling and software version is fine.

Hi Omer,

Current ZD version is 10.2.1.0 build 75
Total of 113 APs inside, however 10-32 APs are constantly rebooting everyday which is affecting the Wifi connection at the area.

Mostly are R700 and R720 APs.

We are currently looking into the switch logs as well suspecting this might be the cause.

Thanks for the advise!

Hi Jenny,

If this is happening due to switch power, you should be able to see some information on APs support info with reboot reason code as "Unknown".

As I suggested earlier, open a support case if you find everything on switch and physical connectivity fine.
