Hi James
Did you check if the unit was powered on?
If so, did you try restarting the unit?
If you know the IP address of the AP, you can try the web interface via a wired connection.

Tried rebooting several times.

Hi James,
Connect a laptop directly to the same network as AP (same switch where AP is connected) or if AP has additional ethernet port (not sure what AP model you are using), you can connect you laptop into it directly.
Once done, run a IP scan using any third party scanner application and find the APs IP address. Now access the AP IP using a browser and you should be able to access Unleashed web GUI.

Found the Ruckus IP and logged onto admin console.
