Unleashed setup without wifi?

I am starting to need to setup some Ruckus "Unleashed" units remotely.  I have VPN access into the location where the setup happens, and in the past I was able to simply setup a DHCP server, plug in all the Ruckus units, connect to the web interface and configure away.

It seems like somewhere along the line, the ability to configure from the LAN side went away and the only option to setup is to connect via wifi.  There must be some method I'm missing to connect from the LAN side and continue the setup...  It would be a serious PITA going forward if I had to either go onsite or walk a non-tech user through the setup wizard when I'm already set for remote access...

I can't get this to work at all.  I'm connected to the Configure.Me-XXYYZZ open auth SSID but any attempt at connecting to 'unleashed.ruckuswireless.com' fails.  It just hangs.  I can't connect either via the dns name or the ip address name of the wifi server.  I can't ping the ip address of the wifi server either. I suspect some sort of ip conflict here.  I've tried this on a variety of devices, including a laptop with wifi only and an iPad.

what browser are you using? I've found that using Chrome works best and if I have trouble, turn WiFi off and back on or renew DHCP lease from your computer.

Thanks, I forgot about renewing the DHCP lease.  That did the trick.  I'm now into the setup process.
