Unleached Firmware Assistance

I was attempting to perform some long needed firmware updates.  When I log in to my unleashed environment and go the upgrade area it is stuck on loading (see picture.)

I have rebooted all three units to the same result.
I also have attempted to do this from the CLI on the master using apfw_upgrade tftp://IP Address/name of firmware file
It downloads the image from the TFTP server but it comes back with
"Verifying image failed        This does not seem to be a valid upgrade image.
        Please try another file."
I have tried multiple firmware versions, all should work according to release notes.
Any ideas?

You have old firmware, and new browser interfere with upgrade process, so do as Paul recommended and it will most probably work.

And in future, when you ask something, better mention AP model and firmware version in question...

Appears to have done the trick!  I had tried other browsers just hadn't gone far back enough to IE.

Thank you both for the replies.  Much appreciated!
