I've got an R720 running 200.13.6.1.319 and I am looking to enable Channelfly on my 2.4GHz radio. I enable ChannelFly in the GUI and save, when I refresh the auto channel assignment is completely disabled for the 2.4GHz radio. When I run the 'channelfly radio-2.4-mtbc 100' command in the CLI, the command executes successfully but then when I run a show command the auto channel management for the 2.4GHz radio is disabled entirely. Is this a bug in the firmware or is this expected behavior?

Hi @dennypage
Let me check if we can do anything on this. I will keep you posted if I have any update.

Hi @dennypage
This seems to be GUI bug, we have reported this to the team and will be working on it.

I was having the same exact problem and I tried your troubleshooting and it worked. Thanks! I was on 200.15 but it’s way too buggy. Currently using 200.14

I am now running 200.14.6.1.203 and I have noticed the following when enabling ChannelFly on my 2.4GHz network:
When I run the 2.4GHz mtbc command, the mtbc never updates to the provided value. The mtbc command for 5GHz works fine (as shown below).
ruckus(config-services)# channelfly radio-2.4-mtbc 5
The command was executed successfully.
ruckus(config-services)# show
