We had a power outage a few weeks back and while the power was restored to the house, the Ruckus R320 Access Points never came back online. I've been managing with my internet provider's wifi, however, it is significantly slower on the other side of the house.

Please try to change the power cables on the AP.
If you any other working APs connected on the switch, please try to swap it with the reported R320 AP and check if it powered on.
Check the LED status on the AP.
Also try to do the factory reset on the AP.
