AP not connecting

There was an outage in my home and when trying to reconnect to Ruckus in the Unleashed app it tells me to go to settings and connect to “configure-me-xxxxx or if i already created to connect to WIFI/SSID. When i try to connect it just shows like its trying to connect but it never does. I tried resetting the Ruckus equipment but no luck. Any suggestions on what to do next?

Is this Lennar homes?

Can you try doing a Factory reset by pression the reset button for 10 seconds?
Once the reset is done, can you check if you are able to see Configure.me SSID so that you can connect and configure.

Hi Cabral12, 

How many lights do you see in the AP? Do you see the PWR light blinking? How did you perform the factory reset? 

Also, are you able to see the old SSID? or any Configure.me network around you?
