Ruckus Mobil App Login Problems

I last logged in in Feb 2025.  I tried recently and it does not recognize my email or password.

I understand that you're having trouble with the Unleashed mobile app, specifically with it not recognizing your email and password. To help you resolve this issue, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

 

  1. **Uninstall and Reinstall the Mobile App:**

   - Uninstall the Unleashed mobile app from your device.

   - Reinstall the app and attempt to log in again.

 

  1. **Test with Another Cellphone:**

   - If possible, try logging in on a different cellphone to determine if the issue is device-specific.

 

  1. **Firmware Update:**

   - Ensure that your device’s firmware is updated. If it’s an older version, please update it to eliminate any potential problems related to outdated software or bugs.

 

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please access the Unleashed Dashboard to perform additional troubleshooting:

 

  1. **Access the Unleashed Dashboard:**

   - Navigate to Administer >> Diagnostics. Under the "Events" tab, look for any notifications related to the Mobile App.

 

  1. **Check Remote Management Settings:**

   - Go to Admin & Services >> Administer >> Mobile App >> Remote Management.

   - Ensure that "Enable Mobile App Remote Management" is activated.

   - Review and manage mobile app connections under "Remote User Control" to verify that your cellphone is recognized and not blocked.

I'm not sure how, but I got in on the app.  I had to select CAM down at the bottom.  Anyway, how do I add my front door deadbolt to Ruckus?  I also have a new router from Spectrum, and now I cannot control my deadbolt from the App.  It says I am a remote user, but I thought I was the admin as well???
