I have an existing unleashed network with 6 Ruckus R510 access points. I recently purchased an additional R510. I connected it directly to a switch on my network. It powered up, the CTL light flashed quickly for a few minutes and then became solid green. The power light is flashing green. No other lights are lighting up, and the new device is not showing up on my Ruckus admin page. I've gone through this before and been able to add other APs, but for some reason it's not working this time. I figure I must have forgotten a step. Any suggestions for solving this problem?

Could you please make sure the below steps are taken care:
1. AP is in standalone version like 110.x or 114.x or on Unleashed version.
2. AP has reachability to the Master IP, you can ping the Master IP from AP CLI.
3. Make sure that the new AP has configured with the proper IP address along with the Gateway IP address. Make sure the Gateway IP is pingable from AP CLI.
4. If still not coming up then try to set the Master IP on the new AP from CLI using the command "set director master IP"
