“Internet connection is down” in Ruckus Unleashed App

I was having problems with my switch so I went ahead and did the physical factory reset for the switch and then the access points. I followed all the steps and downloaded the Ruckus Unleashed app and set up the WiFi but when it was all complete, I get a message saying “Internet connection is down” in red and it shows 1 switch but in red too. What do I need to do now?

Are you a Lennar Home owner?

If not, you may need to check if switch is configured properly. You can test thing by connecting a laptop on one of the switch ports (on access port) and see if you get IP and internet access.
