My Zone Director have just crashed. I understand that the zone director by standard comes with 5 access points licences. Why should I buy a zonedirector if I can deploy unleased network of about 25 access points

Andrew many thanks for your quick support. One more question: I have downloaded OVA virtual Smart Zone. Before deploying it I would like to know from your experience guys if it is required to have license for that OVA?

Hi Jose,
vSZ OVA comes with 90 days default validity for trial usage along with full features enabled. Post 90 days if you do not purchase the product, all the APs will go down and system will not be functional.

Hi Jose,
Does the vSZ has enough AP license to manage?
If yes, from the GUI >> Access Points >> Click on the AP >> Scroll down and check for the "Configuration Status".
Does it show "Up-To-date"?
If yes, check the WLAN group you have set for the AP\AP-Group\Zone.
Make sure the SSIDs are added to the WLAN group to be broadcasted on the AP.

You can also check on the AP CLI if the SSIDs are broadcasted using the command "get wlanlist".
