Hello, I have a strange problem with my Ruckus APs.
The R320 model is installed in my company. If I use Windows 10 or a mobile phone (tested with a Samsung), the sign-in page for the captive portal works as expected. However, if I use a Mac PC or Windows 11, after connecting to Wi-Fi, it’s not possible to resolve “ruckus/”, so the captive portal doesn’t open.
If I enter the local IP address instead of “ruckus/”, the login portal works.
Does anyone have any pointers on where I should look? I’ve searched Google about this problem and even asked ChatGPT, but I haven’t found a solution.
