Error trying to bind a network in the cloud account

Hello team!!

We are managing 16 APs from Ruckus Unleashed, we had configured the management IP and we can access to Unleashed through this management IP.
Now, as soon as I access to Unleashed, this shows me the following message:
"Unleashed portal is now available for cloud remote control. Sign up now"
I went to "Sign up now" and created an account
There, when I tried to bind the network, I get:
"Error. Network´s username or password verification failed"

We would like to use the remote management to access directly from anywhere. How can we solve this?

Thanks in advance.
Regards!

Damián

Hi,

I have tried this in lab, I get this error when I use a wrong credentials or the Unleashed AP unable to reach the Cloud URL.
Can you please ensure the below steps:
1. Enable "Enable Remote Management" under Admin & Services >> Administration >> Remote Management >> Remote Management & Mobile App Notification.
2. Make sure to use Unleashed Master's credentials "admin" as username and admin's password.
3. You can also try by generating the new Unleashed ID under Admin & Services >> System >> System Info tab.
The complete process of onboarding the AP to the cloud for remote control is available in the userguide under "Remote Portal Support" section page 456 onwards.
I will try to add the common errors we see during this process in the user guide.

@sanjay_kumar -- just to be clear, are you saying that the only username that can be used to attach to the cloud portal is "admin"?  That would definitely be at least *a* problem I would have run into ... as I never leave "admin" on any admin page.

Hi Neil,
Yes, only "admin" user can be used to bind the AP in remote portal.

any one able to bind the network. I am also having same problem it says Network's username or password verification failed.

The tricky thing is that your main admin user must be "admin" and not any other variation. This cannot be an additional user -- it must be the main one, and it must specifically be "admin"
