I tried to, but my username/password isn't working. Is there a way to recover the username/password?

Is the configured password not working? You can try the default credentials "admin\sp-admin" if you are not sure on the password.
Or you can use "Forgot password" option on the GUI (If enabled).
But if you are not able to see the forgot password option, then you might need to reset the AP.

hi, i know its an old thread, but i have same problem. i blocked an client within the ap, and now i cant unblock.
in the UI i can unblock, the list is refreshing but the blocked client is blocked. within the android-app, the same behaviour with popup -> client is alread unblocked. iam running latest app and 200.14.6.1.203 ap-firmware

Here are two ways to unblock a contact number on iPhone:-
Method 1:- Using Settings
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Scroll down and tap on Phone.
3. Depending on your iOS version, you might see one of the following options:
4. In the list of blocked contacts, find the number you want to unblock.
5. Swipe right to left on the contact number.
6. Tap Unblock to confirm.
Method 2:- Using Contacts App
1. Open the Contacts app on your iPhone.
2. Find the contact you want to unblock.
3. Tap on the contact's name to open their details.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the contact information.
5. If the contact is blocked, you'll see an option Unblock this Caller. Tap on it.
