I have set up email notification on my R710 but it constantly says failed. No matter what email address I use, tried various, none work on this unleashed AP. All settings are correct as I am using these various email addresses on other systems so I know they are working. Any Ideas out there?

Have you checked that you still have basic SMTP auth enabled for your O365 organisation? Microsoft are doing their best to disable it so it might have been switched off. I tested it with my O365 email and it works correctly (once I turn basic auth on).
