Does anybody see roaming issues with R610? We see many hard roaming failures with this device.

Also check if FT roaming is enabled on the WLAN or not (by default it will be disabled).

I am on the client side - no access to network management. FT roaming is hot there. I will show beacon and ruckus tag if you needImage_ images_messages_5f91c493135b77e247af559c_e70ea10230b124c79ac09b3b4fdb970a_RackMultipart20200424395171nqb-53b38ae8-d857-4063-b8d2-4bbd92143391-1671984269.PNG1587752842

I Dmitry,

I don't think FT roaming is enabled. Check whoever has access to network management and find-out if FT roaming is enable or not.

If FT roaming is not enabled then you should see M1, M2, M3 and M4.

I could not agree more. The thing is that we sometimes see them and sometimes we do not from the same Ruckus AP MAC. Because of that roaming is hard - with a disconnect. Can this be done by a management SW on purpose - to balance load or something like that?

Roaming is for sure not FT because tag 55 is not there and this is the snapshot of the RSN tag from the beacon:Image_ images_messages_5f91c493135b77e247af649a_e3bc27a75dcbcf91d7f86386c74532f8_RackMultipart202004242927jjz54-9ed85c54-c829-42af-9c1d-b00c36605d3a-289279466.PNG1587756639
