vSZ verion 7 failed to open network_config on OpenShift

I am trying to install version 7 of vSZ on OpenShift from qcom file. It does boot up, however when setting it up in Essential mode it fails with the follow:

rjuc.netvonfig.NetConfigCmdError: {u'msg': u'Failed to open /opt/ruckuesqireless/config/networking/network_config', u'results': 2}

Researched and finding state to update the permissions however there is not way (or at least that I have found) to look at and update permissions.

Has anyone else running into this. Note was able to install and run V6 of vSZ in same name space.

Hello @Ismith,

Could you please let me know which version of the vSZ firmware with the build number you are trying to install on the hypervisor? Are you using Red Hat?

Please refer to the below upgrade guide for the vSZ and refer the page 21 for the support platforms.

Hi lsmith,

Please find Supported Hypervisors and Support/Engineering would not be able to assist on other platforms which are not tested or approved.

Thank you for the responses. the version is 7.1.1.0.872.

I attempted in Essential with the above error. Reinstalled (with 3 interfaces configured on the VM) and setup for High Scale. Two items the first being that it was only setting up for a single interface not the 3 interfaces. Secondly when moving forward with the setup I got the same error as above.

The platform is Red Hat OpenShift, which I see if not listed above - this most likely the root of the issue.

Please note that the V6 does install on the same VM platform in Essential mode and is operational.

Thank you
