hotspot with vscg problem

I have migrated our ZD hotspot with external login page to the vSCG ver 3.2.
The  web browser shows the external web logon page ok when the client connects to the hotspot wlan. But, when they are trying to login, the follow page is showed:

Any of local db users work ok to the credentials ask by this page

Any idea?
