Web authentication exception

I am using version 6.1.1 of smartzone and have enabled web authentication. After user authentication, the "500 Internal server error" interface often pops up, or the web authentication login interface gets stuck. However, the above two situations do not affect normal wireless usage. Can this be optimized?

Is this happening with any specific clients like Android or Apple devices?
