Switches Suddenly Don't Connect to VSZ

Hi all,

Suddenly on Saturday, switches won't connect to VSZ from over the WAN or even on the same subnet as the control IP.

HTTPS and SSH are responding on the control IP with the appropriate https certificate and ssh key

The log shows a blank error -  Apr 02 15:15:21:I:MGMT Agent: Failed to connect to network controller at 10.10.103.25 Error:

Does anyone have any thoughts, or should I contact TAC?

Additional context

- Access points are working fine, both locally and over WAN.

-This is VSZ-H

-If I reboot VSZ, the switch logs show "Apr 02 15:30:44:I:MGMT Agent: Failed to connect to network controller at x.x.x.x Error: No response received from sz server"

Have you performed any recent changes in the switch or controller ?

Does the setup worked fine earlier ?

Please check the compatibility matrix of firmware between controller and switch.

Please provide the output of "show sz status" and "show log"

-No changes to any of the 20 switches that were connected, their networks, or my network

-ICX 8200s running 10.0.0 and 7150s running 9.0.10c all were working fine

same issue here, any resolution?
