Slow wireless usage

cangqingse

During wireless usage, client access is slow, and testing has found that the client's ping packets have dropped severely with high latency. How can this situation be resolved on AC?

Manual transfer is not possible. You can instead use BSS min rate settings or join RSSI settings which should help encourage clients to connect to their nearest APs.

Both settings can be found under WLAN advanced settings.

Hello @cangqingse,

The information you have provided above is very limited to suggest a solution or troubleshooting steps.

Wireless connection speed can be slow due to many reasons. Please refer my response on another thread which may help with your issue as well.

Consult on how to manually transfer users from one AP to another
