Ruckus Web Authentication Page is not coming up

Just now encountered another issue. We have a domain in which we have created 13 zones. In every zone user is getting the ruckus web auth page except one zone. We tried diff. machines and phones but can't see the page. Tried different browsers but issue is still the same.  

I have tried cloning the SSID and also created a new one but no luck. Please help!

Hi @Netoyed ,

I would suggest to clone a working zone and then modify the SSID name configuration as required in non-working zone.

Another thing you can do is moving one of the AP from non working zone to a working zone and check if you see the same behavior.
