Remote syslog server

Maxime
New Contributor

Hello,

I try to enable logging to remote syslog server on virtual smartzone Essentials 6.1.1.0.959 to log some information about computer which will connect to public wifi with capture portal.

I left default option except I change UDP port by TCP. Firewall ports are opened (ping and syslog port)

I have this error :

Unable to update the remote syslog server settings. Reason: This operation is not available now, please wait for all APPs to be in-service.

I don't understand what APPs meaning. Is it a service on the server ? Applications Policy ? Some notifications to Enable in Monitor => Events ? Create an AP External Syslog server profile ?

I thank you in advance.

Regards
