Did you ensured that the DP parameters for the Client management is enabled?

If yes, when the client connects to the AP and disconnects, the entry should be there in the AP support file as well.
Cross verify the AP support log, and if you see the entry there and not on the Controller, then please open a support case so that we can check on this.
