How much time VSZ needs to boot/to start working after power failure?

Hi,

vSZ starts responding to ping and SSH within 2 minutes of a reboot. 
However, the services in vSZ will take time about 15 minutes (minimum) to become online.
Only then the vSZ will be in full operational mode.
