I am doing proof of concept for one of our clients and I am having trouble adding AP to the zone director. I am getting the following error messages when typing "get scg" command :

Hi @serge
Could you please ensure the below points:
1. Controller has enough AP licenses. This can be checked on the System Info.
2. Check the country code operating on the ZD and AP. On the AP we can use the command "get countrycode".
3. You have mentioned that the Controller version is 6.1.1.0.959 which belongs to SZ\vSZ, but the issue you are mentioned is with the ZD. Could you please re-confirm?
4. If it is SZ\vSZ, could you please confirm the AP model? Make sure the AP model is supported on the controller version.
5. If this is SZ\vSZ, then probably we might need to check by disabling the AP cert check, this will help if the AP has older cert. Use the below command on the SZ\vSZ
Config
no ap-cert-check
end

Hi @serge
What is the AP model and Controller Model?
Please try the following test to verify if there any compatibility issue with AP model or AP firmware version:
1) Create a new Zone. Make sure the AP firmware version applied to this Zone is supported by the AP model you're trying to add. You can verify if the AP model is supported by a specific firmware version from release notes.
2) Navigate through SZ GUI > Network > AP Settings > AP Registration > Create an AP registration rule. In this rule, select the new Zone we created from "Zone Name" dropdown and give the AP IP addess in "IP Address Range"
3) Now try to add the AP and check if the AP is joining in newly created Zone.
