Hi everyone,
Iam having trouble accessing the web interface on my Ruckus ZoneDirector 1200. Whenever I log in, the interface partially loads, but then the screen goes black, and I cannot navigate or access any settings.
The network itself seems to be working fine, as all the access points and connected clients are functioning normally, but I can’t manage the system through the web interface.
I have tried clearing my browser cache, using different browsers like Chrome and Firefox, and even rebooted the ZoneDirector, but the issue persists.
The device is running the latest firmware, so I’m unsure if this is a compatibility problem or something else in the configuration.
Has anyone faced this issue before or have any suggestions for fixing it? thank you in advance .

Please share the support log of the Zone director with us.
I would request you to open a case with Ruckus support to find the RCA of the issue
