Hi,
I have a vSZ-H controller with 80 AP installed. I use captive portal in Hotspot mode with an AAA external to my network. A year ago it is in operation. 3 days ago I stop authenticating users and can not access the Internet service. When reviewing the events Accounting server not reachable code 1602. Thank you very much for the help.

Hi Dimitri,
Accounting server unreachable messaged should not be the cause of this issue unless both the authentication and the accounting server are configured on the same box. Let me know in case if you are still having issues. Can you also verify if you are able to ping the Radius server IP address from the controller.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
Thoroughly reviewing the Radius Proxy, note that the buffer was full. Perform the restart of the controller and problem solved for the moment. There is a way to clean this buffer without needing to restart the controller.
