Accessing vSZ GUI from behind Web Proxy

Anyone have experience with this? Trying to give access to the Web GUI through a Fortigate Web SSL proxy, but unfortunately the GUI tries to rewrite the URL in a way that the Fortigate Proxy does not support. Is there a way to create a more static mapping to be proxied successfully? I could try running an nginx reverse proxy to get around the issue, so if there are any suggestions on parameters to use for an nginx environment, I'd love to know them.
