Could you please confirm if you tried a reset of the Switch multiple times as described in the previous post?
And for software recovery, we suggest using a Windows laptop/PC, if you have one.

I have attempted the reset of the switch multiple times and nothing happens.
I only have a MAC. How should I proceed?

Thank you for the response.
For MAC you should try getting console access, I believe which you have already tried.
Could you please provide an image/photo of where you are trying to connect Ethernet from ICX 7150 - C12P and USB type C to USB to the PC? (Physical setup) like the following example:
