I have power blinking slowly green, but no lights for the control downstairs, and no internet.  the upstairs ruckus is working and has internet.  All of these problems happened after the power outage I have cable, but not able to access the internet which is affecting my home service for my alarm system and outside television.

PS, why do I have to learn how to navigate this system if it's not working? Send a technician out, I'm not a cable installer, nor do I understand your language, to fix it myself.

No, I don't need anything. I wish Lennar didn't sell your products in our homes.  Your self-help forum isn't for everyone, and the problem is that you don't really care.  Instead of sending numerous chats on how I can do it myself, why don't you guys fix the problem?  But once we purchase the home, we've purchased this crap of a system.  I call it crap because when someone purchase an item and it doesn't work insurance or no insurance a customer should have the choice to have a technician come out an access the problem.

When you're sick I don't tell you how to perform open heart surgery on yourself via a message board. Place a tourniquet 1/3 up your left arm near the cubitus, when inserting the needle make sure you don't hit the brachial artery because you can bleed to death. Feel for the basilic vein not the antecubital or cephalic vein.  This sounds foreign to someone who doesn't know how to draw blood so why does your company feel the need to discuss IT language to a non-IT specialist.  I am a critical care, trauma nurse as an occupation.  When I have problems at work with my computer I call IT and if they can't fix over the phone they come down to help.  I wish everyone on the board can fill the anger I'm feeling not having internet only on 1 section in my 3033sq ft home.

But when I replace your unit I will get back on the forum and inform other customers to change the system
