Hey all, so I recently bought a lennar home which had previously been lived in. It had the ruckus switch installed as most do. My issue is that it is configured to the previous owners name. I have my own ISP and router connected but I cannot access the ruckus to remove their old account, or edit their settings. I can’t access the unleashed app or anything. I’ve done multiple hard resets and the only option I have is their old set up or “recove.me-AE600”.
im not awesome with stuff like this and would really like to get it sorted.
Appreciate any help.

Hope you are using the process mentioned in the doc for resetting ICX 7150.

For Access Point issue where you see the SSID: recove.me-AE600, did you try connecting to the SSID using Serial number of the Access Point, which you can find on the back of the Access Point.
In case you have issue with the connectivity to the SSID, you can try to reset the AP as well.

However you can also browser using the reset password link from the below option .
